When I went to SF a few days ago I brought an extra piece of gum to give to a homeless person. One approached my friend and I and asked for some money. I said, “I’m sorry, I don’t have any money, but I have a piece of gum.”
His reply, “Na I don’t have any teef.”
I refuse to coexist with the bug in my room.
I got my first acceptance letter today. Hooray! From SCAD. Since I’m in Washington and not California my mom called and told me. Also, I got a $5000 academic scholarship…who knew! Still wating to see if I get a merit scholarship or not.
I signed my contract last night for the magazine I know am a staff member of. It was really exciting. Tomorrow I leave for Seattle to visit (more) schools. I am excited to shoot more film. Today during photo my teacher told me I am a puzzling child because sometimes I come in with amazing works and sometimes I come in with noting to work with (a nice way of saying shit).
On my formspring I got a question asking why I had stopped posting scans of my journal. And if it was because of “that girl” who reblogged me.
I find this hilarious because the person who wrote those “mean things” about me is a good friend. And it’s just us joking and keeping each other in check.
But I have not stopped for good. will keep posting them, maybe not every single day, every so often.
